All of our products are manufactured in our state-of-the-art facility located in Guangdong, China. Our factory is equipped with advanced production lines and strict quality control systems to ensure every unit meets international standards for safety, performance, and durability.
Our electric scooters are built to handle nearly all terrains, including city streets, bike lanes, paved roads, gravel paths, and gentle inclines. They offer a smooth and stable ride across most urban and suburban environments.
While our current scooters are not fully waterproof, we understand that weather resistance is important to many riders. Our team is actively working with the factory to develop improved IP rating for future models. We recommend avoiding heavy rain or deep puddles to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
Yes, our electric scooters are designed with safety as a top priority. Each model features reliable braking systems, durable frames, and built-in safety mechanisms. It's recommended to wear protective gear and follow local traffic regulations for a safe riding experience.
Electric scooter laws vary by country, state, and city. Our scooters are designed to meet general safety and performance standards, but we recommend checking your local regulations before riding on public roads.
Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe down the frame and avoid using high-pressure water or submerging any part of the scooter. Keep the charging port closed and avoid getting water near electronic components. For best results, clean your scooter regularly to prevent dust and dirt buildup.

Our scooters are equipped with a Battery Management System (BMS) that helps prevent overcharging under normal conditions. However, we recommend unplugging the charger once the battery is full to maximize long-term battery health.
To avoid flat tires, regularly check your tire pressure, avoid riding over sharp objects or rough terrain, and don’t overload your scooter. Proper maintenance helps extend tire life and reduce the risk of punctures.
A steering damper helps stabilize the handlebars and reduce wobbling at high speeds or on uneven roads. It’s not essential for casual riders, but it can improve control and comfort for those who ride fast or on rough terrain. Please note: We do not sell steering dampers. If needed, you may purchase one separately.
To maximize your scooter’s range, ride at steady speeds, avoid rapid acceleration, keep your tires properly inflated, and reduce excess load. Charging the battery fully and maintaining it regularly also helps extend performance.
Charge the battery regularly, avoid letting it fully drain, and unplug it once fully charged. Store the scooter in a cool, dry place and avoid exposing the battery to extreme temperatures.
Unusual noises may come from loose parts, debris in the wheels, or worn components. Check for any visible issues and tighten loose screws. If the noise continues, please contact our customer service for further assistance.
