At https://topriding.com/ (the “Site”), we want to ensure you receive your orders in a timely and efficient manner. This Shipping and Taxes Policy outlines our shipping process, delivery timelines, and tax collection practices.
1. Processing Time
Most orders received before 5:00 PM ET, Monday through Friday, are shipped within 2 working days! Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays will be processed the next business day.
As a security precaution, initial orders and orders shipping to alternate addresses may be held for extended verification. We reserve the right to make partial shipments, which will not relieve you of your obligation to pay for the remaining deliveries.
2. Shipping Options
We use UPS and FedEx Standard shipping services. Once your order is shipped, you can expect delivery within 4 to 10 business days. Shipping is free on all orders—we cover all standard shipping costs.
We ship to most locations within the continental United States.
However, we currently do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or U.S. territories and protectorates (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands).
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can track your package online. You will also receive email updates on the status of your order and estimated delivery date.
4. Delivery Issues
If there are any issues with the delivery of your order, please contact us right away at support@topriding.com. We’ll work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue and make sure you receive your order as soon as possible.
5. Title and Risk of Loss
All items are shipped under a standard shipping contract. Title and risk of loss transfer to you once the package is handed over to the carrier.
